For new bespoke clients, a video call is required for the first introduction consultation. This will help us understand the nature of your jewellery project and enable us to answer any initial questions before scheduling a second, in-person meeting.

During your appointment we will discuss:

• Budget and what is possible to create within your range

• Showcasing some gemstones for your bespoke jewellery

• Design options to suit your preferences 

• The bespoke process and timeline
