INITIAL CONSULTATION
The bespoke process begins with a complimentary 30 minute jewellery consultation, which is a perfect chance for us to understand your vision.
Whether you have a clear idea or are exploring options, we’re here to guide you, answer your questions and help learn about how we can help you.
Once we receive your request, we’ll arrange the call at your convenience, virtually on Whatsapp or Zoom.

SOURCING
With a £150 retainer fee, credited toward your final piece, we will proceed to the design stage of the process.
Once that’s in place, we’ll help you choose the perfect centre stone. We collaborate with local suppliers and artisans to source or custom-cut the ideal stone to fit your style.
You can view stones in person at our Chelsea showroom or we could share images and videos with you to view virtually.

DESIGN
After selecting your stone type, size, and colour, we’ll use CAD technology to create detailed 3D renders of your design, allowing you to visualise and refine every aspect until it meets your satisfaction. We’ll work closely with you throughout this process to ensure your final piece perfectly reflects your style and vision.
Please note: once the brief is agreed upon, a 50% deposit will be required as a deposit before any work can begin.

PRODUCTION
Once your stones have been selected and the final design has been approved, we can begin the process of making your ring.

Through a seamless mix of traditional and cutting edge processes, your jewellery will be entirely made in the UK.
​Your piece should take approximately six to eight working weeks before it’s ready to be yours.

DELIVERY
We’ll notify you upon completion to arrange either an in-person collection at our Chelsea showroom or delivery via courier anywhere in the world. Photos and videos of the finished jewellery pieces will be available for you to preview upon request.

Final payment is required before collection or delivery.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
There is a minimum spend of £2,000 for all bespoke orders.

Bespoke orders take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to complete from your free initial bespoke consultation to the delivery of your fine jewellery piece.
​
For engagement rings, we recommend waiting until you’ve received and approved the finished piece before planning your proposal.
