The terms 'Made to Order' and 'Bespoke' refer to items that have been customised, resized, or engraved with initials, letters, or images. All our products are considered made to order or bespoke and thus, all orders final and cannot be returned*.

Delivery Time
Made-to-order products have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks, which may vary based on customisation.
Shipping Information

UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS, with tracking details provided.

EU/ USA Orders: Delivered in 3-5 business days (excluding customs delays).

International Orders: Delivered in 7-10 business days (excluding customs delays).
For international orders, FedEx or UPS is used. Any customs duties or charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and the courier will contact you directly for payment.

*Acceptable reasons for return
We accept returns if the item arrived damaged or faulty, or if the wrong item was sent. While we take great care in packing orders to prevent any damage, occasional issues may arise during transit.
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at info@stapyltonsmith.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damaged or faulty item. This is to process your return request. Failure to contact us within the timeframe or provide sufficient proof may result in your request being declined.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Do not send items back without our consent, unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Customers are responsible for the shipping and should use a trackable delivery method to ensure safe delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

After receiving and assessing the returned item, we will confirm if you qualify for a refund. Refunds may be issued as store credit or to your original payment method, and can take up to 5 working days to process. Store credit will be sent via email as a voucher code. If your request is denied, we will notify you and return the item.
